We have internal rules compliant with laws and regulations and have appointed a data protection officer. Measures are taken at every stage of data handling (acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, etc.), and emergency procedures are defined. Regular self-audits are conducted.

Confidentiality obligations are stipulated in work regulations, and employees receive onboarding and regular training.
- Physical Measures
In areas where personal data is handled, we implement access control for personnel entry and exit, as well as restrictions on devices brought into the area. We also take measures to prevent unauthorized personnel from viewing personal data. Furthermore, to prevent the theft or loss of devices, electronic media, and documents containing personal data, we have implemented appropriate safeguards. When transporting such devices or media, including within our premises, we apply advanced encryption to the personal data.
- Technical Measures
We have implemented mechanisms to protect information systems that handle personal data from unauthorized access and malware. Access to personal information databases is restricted by granting only the minimum necessary access privileges and limiting the scope of access accordingly.
- Understanding External Environments
When handling personal data in foreign countries, we assess the relevant personal data protection frameworks of the respective jurisdictions and implement appropriate security management measures. To prepare for unforeseen circumstances, we also apply advanced encryption, anonymization, and access controls to the personal data.
3. Joint Use of Personal Data
When the Company co-hosts seminars, symposiums, exhibitions, lectures, or similar events (hereinafter referred to as “seminars”) with other organizations, we may jointly use personal data with such co-hosting entities. In such cases, we will notify or publicly disclose the fact of joint use, the categories of personal data to be shared, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by the joint users, and the name, address, and, in the case of a corporation, the name of the representative of the entity responsible for managing the personal data.

We do not provide personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the individual. However, we may provide such data to third parties in the cases stipulated in Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

11. Requests for Disclosure and Other Rights

For each request for Disclosure, etc., a handling fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged. If it is evident that the cost of processing the request—including any necessary redactions or processing of the data to be disclosed—will exceed this amount, the Company may request the payment of an additional fee equivalent to the actual cost incurred, depending on the nature of the request. In such cases, the estimated fee will be communicated to the requester in advance.
The fee should be transferred to the bank account designated by the Company. Please note that the bank transfer fee shall be borne by the requester.
